These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the RIMO mobile application (“the App”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Who We Are

RIMO is developed and published by IE Vitali Makhnach, a sole proprietor registered in Poland.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by law in your country) to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. License to Use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes only, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Resell or redistribute the App or any part of its content

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The App may offer optional in-app purchases and subscription plans (weekly, quarterly, yearly, or lifetime). Payments are processed via Apple’s In-App Purchase system.

Subscription Terms:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends

• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends

• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings

• Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription

5. Free Trials

Trial availability and duration may vary. We reserve the right to enable or disable trials dynamically via server-side configuration. Trial access ends automatically unless a subscription is activated.

6. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services to enhance the App’s functionality and user experience. These services may collect anonymized data such as device info, app usage, crashes, or purchase history.

Currently used services include (but may not be limited to):

• Amplitude (analytics)

• Firebase Crashlytics (crash reporting)

• Adapty (subscription management)

These services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Local Network and Microphone

The App connects to compatible Smart TVs over your local Wi-Fi network. The App does not access or transmit content from your TV or network beyond necessary control functions.

Voice search may require access to your microphone. Voice features are only available on certain platforms (e.g. Android TV, Fire TV).

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including design, features, and code, are owned by IE Vitali Makhnach or its licensors. Any unauthorized use may violate intellectual property laws.

Brand names mentioned in the App (such as Samsung, LG, etc.) are the property of their respective owners. RIMO is an independent application and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these brands.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind

• We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted or error-free

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App

• Your use of the App is at your sole risk

10. Modifications to the App

We may update, add, or remove features from the App at any time, including changes that affect your access to certain features. We are not obligated to provide updates or maintain legacy versions.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. If material changes are made, we will notify users via the App or our website. Continued use of the App after changes implies your acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Poland.
